Job summary

MFA Oil is seeking an Automotive Technician in Missouri. The role involves diagnosing, repairing, and servicing customers' vehicles per company programs and conducting quality control across shop functions.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of automotive technician experience and Missouri MV Inspection License, with the ability to learn and use technical materials, and to operate computer systems. Willingness to work holidays and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of two years of experience as a lube/tire/service technician.
• Current Missouri Motor Vehicle Inspection License (for Missouri based stores).
• Ability to learn new concepts and use technical materials.
• Ability to operate a computer and office productivity equipment.
• Ability to safely operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Ability to communicate accurately with customers.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States of America.

Responsibilities

• Perform brake, front end and alignment maintenance and other mechanical work per company policies.
• Diagnose and repair vehicles and ensure quality control of shop functions.
• Train and coach other employees as directed.
• Maintain orderly flow of customer service to ensure productivity.
• Extend Big O Extra Care Services to customers.
• Attend weekly store meetings to review safety and policies.
