MFA Petroleum Company is seeking an Automotive Technician for a Big O Tires store in Missouri. The role focuses on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining customer vehicles with adherence to all company programs and procedures.

You will support shop productivity and ensure accurate invoicing information is recorded. Qualified candidates have at least two years of lube/tire/service experience, a Missouri MV Inspection License for Missouri locations, and legal right to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience as a lube/tire/service technician.
• Missouri MV Inspection License (for Missouri-based stores).
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform brake, front end and alignment maintenance and other mechanical work.
• Diagnose and repair vehicles, ensuring quality control of all shop functions.
• Train and coach other employees and maintain workflow for productivity.
