UPS is seeking a reliable Automotive Technician to join our fleet maintenance team. You will maintain a diverse range of delivery vehicles powered by diesel, gasoline, and alternative power sources.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting and maintaining brakes, electrical and engine control systems, and ensuring DOT compliance. The role offers attractive wages, benefits, and uniforms provided; shift is Sun–Thu 6:00pm–2:30am.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with diesel, gasoline and alternative powertrains
• Ability to troubleshoot hydraulics, brakes, electrical and engine control systems
• Must possess own hand tools and be able to operate power tools
• Willingness to work Sun–Thu 6:00pm–2:30am and meet DOT requirements

Aufgaben

• Maintain a diverse fleet of delivery vehicles (diesel, gasoline, alternative power sources)
• Troubleshoot and service hydraulic brakes, air brakes, electrical and engine control systems
• Operate standard/manual transmissions and power tools; perform inspections and preventive maintenance
• Meet DOT requirements and adhere to safety guidelines
