Job summary

UPS is seeking an Automotive Technician to maintain a diverse fleet, including delivery vehicles, tractors, and trailers. You will troubleshoot and service diesel, gasoline, and alternative propulsion systems, and work multiple shifts as needed.

Applicants must have a valid driver’s license, own hand tools, and experience with diagnostic equipment. CDL preferred. This is a full-time on-site role supporting a large logistics network.

Qualifications

• Active driver’s license issued by the state.
• Willing to work 2nd or 3rd shifts as required.
• Must possess the required hand tools for the job assignment.
• Current automotive mechanical experience.
• Experience using diagnostic equipment and scan tools.
• Class A/B or A CDL - Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meets D.O.T requirements for the job assignment.
• Operates standard and manual transmission vehicles.
• Uses power and pneumatic tools to complete tasks.
• Performs tasks requiring bending, stooping, and climbing as needed.
• Maintains safety and proper job conditions.
