Job summary

TekWissen LLC is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor / Technical Support in Auburn Hills, MI for a 12-month temporary onsite assignment. The role leverages call center experience and strong customer service and problem-solving skills to deliver a positive customer experience and resolve dealer product concerns through a structured diagnostic process.

Shifts run 8:00 AM–11:00 PM ET, Monday–Friday, with Saturday hours. The pay rate is $29.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in call centers or tech support focusing on customer experience.
• Ability to diagnose issues and provide clear technical guidance.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer automotive inbound calls and tickets from Dealer Network with technical guidance.
• Follow a defined six-step diagnostic process to resolve issues.
• Provide information, data and direction using all available tools.
• Coordinate with Quality, Engineering and Technical Advisors as needed.
• Document and update ticket status in ticketing and CRM systems.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through timely technical support.
