Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Automotive Repair Support Specialist to work on-site in Auburn Hills, MI. Contractors will resolve dealer automotive concerns through a structured diagnostic process and provide escalation support as needed.

The role requires call center experience, customer service skills, and automotive repair knowledge. A High School diploma or GED is required, with ASE certification to be obtained within 90 days of start. 12-month contract with potential extension.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent; ASE certification preferred.
• 1–2 years hands-on automotive repair experience or relevant degree/certification.
• ASE certification must be obtained within 90 days of start date; employer pays for test.

Responsibilities

• Respond to automotive inbound calls and tickets from Dealer Network with diagnostic direction.
• Provide resolution using a defined six-step diagnostic process.
• Offer technical support to Quality, Engineering and Technical Advisors as needed.
• Communicate product issues to relevant teams and document findings.
• Use tools and databases to retrieve relevant product/repair information.
• Follow up on existing tickets and close them when resolved.
