Job summary

TekWissen LLC is seeking an Automotive Technical Advisor / Automotive Customer Support Specialist in Auburn Hills, MI for a 12-month temporary assignment. The role is remote with shift coverage Mon-Fri and occasional Saturdays, requiring fluency in French Canadian and English and hands-on automotive diagnostic experience.

You will handle inbound calls, provide diagnostic guidance, research repair information, and document actions while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years automotive repair experience or a degree/certification in automotive tech.
• Fluent in French Canadian and English with strong verbal and written skills.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound technical calls and support tickets from dealership technicians.
• Provide automotive diagnostic guidance and troubleshooting assistance.
• Research vehicle repair information using internal databases and technical resources.
• Follow a structured six-step diagnostic process to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Manage and follow up on open tickets to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate documentation and update ticket statuses.
• Communicate product concerns and technical findings to Quality, Engineering, and Technical Advisor teams.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through accurate and timely technical support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve diagnostic processes and service quality.
