Genuine Parts Company is seeking a Store Operations Analyst to join our auto parts team. The role focuses on reviewing metrics such as RGNs, Core Accounts, bad debt, store billings, cycle counts, Pcard usage and cash variances, and presenting actionable insights to field leadership.

You will collaborate with Loss Prevention and Operations to identify operational and compliance opportunities and help develop resolution plans.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent work experience acceptable.
• Minimum five years of relevant analytical experience.
• Proficient with Excel and general office software.

Responsabilidades

• Review store operations databases for accuracy of reported information.
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation items per policy.
• Collaborate with field teams on RGNs ageing trends and discrepancies.
• Analyze AR bad debt and Core Account management for root causes.
• Review Pcard activity for compliance and identify anomalies.
• Analyze cash handling metrics including store deposits and COD collections.
