The role requires 2+ years in automotive store/retail management with a focus on service quality, team development, and performance results. Weekend availability is required.

• 2+ years store or service management in automotive or high-volume retail with strong service & P&L ownership.
• Proven sales leadership: hits targets, builds pipeline, lifts average RO & close rates.
• People leader: hires well, coaches often, sets standards, retains talent.
• Operational athlete: confident with KPIs, scheduling, inventory, and cash controls.
• Customer-first communicator who builds trust with clear explanations and follow-through.

Aufgaben

• Lead & develop a winning team by recruiting, hiring, scheduling, coaching, and performance management.
• Own the guest experience by modeling five-star service and handling estimates, approvals, and tough saves.
• Drive sales by executing playbooks, pricing with confidence, and clear recommendations & follow-through.
• Run the P&L with payroll discipline, inventory accuracy, shrink control, and budget adherence.
• Protect the house with OSHA/EHS compliance, cleanliness, and vendor coordination.
• Operate with excellence through cash/POS controls, reporting, audits, and policy adherence.
