Job summary

Big Brand Tire & Service is seeking an Automotive Store Manager to lead a high-performance team and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You’ll own sales, scheduling, and frontline operations in a fast-paced auto service environment.

The role requires proven leadership, an eye for KPIs, and strong customer communication. Weekend availability is required; ASE certifications and bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years store or service management in automotive or high-volume retail with strong service & P&L ownership.
• Proven sales leadership with targets, pipeline, and close rates.
• People leader who hires well, coaches often, and retains talent.
• Operational proficiency with KPIs, scheduling, inventory, and cash controls.
• Customer-first communicator with clear explanations and follow-through.
• Valid driver’s license; able to assist with shop flow and periodic lifting up to 70 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a winning team through recruitment, scheduling, coaching, and performance management.
• Set game plan, drive KPIs, celebrate wins, and correct course as needed; own the guest experience.
• Drive sales by executing playbooks, pricing decisions, and clear recommendations.
• Run the P&L with payroll discipline, inventory accuracy, shrink control, and budget adherence.
• Ensure OSHA/EHS compliance, cleanliness, and vendor coordination; maintain policy adherence.
