Job summary

Big O Tires in Phoenix is seeking an Automotive Store Manager to direct daily store operations and lead a team toward achieving company goals. You will maximize profitability, coach staff, and ensure outstanding customer service on the sales floor.

You will inspire, motivate, and develop the entire store team, implementing business strategies and maintaining high standards for merchandising, safety, and operations.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a sales team with P&L responsibilities.
• Automotive industry experience preferred.
• English fluency; Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to read safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.

Responsibilities

• Hires, trains, assigns duties and schedules staff per policy.
• Drives sales and profitability to meet budgeted goals.
• Identifies opportunities to grow the business and improve profitability.
• Monitors KPI targets and sets performance expectations.
• Manages payroll and controllable expenses on the P&L.
• Engages customers and leads the store team to deliver service.
• Maintains store cleanliness and adherence to standards.
• Provides regular feedback to employees.
• Prepares work orders and health checks for completion.
• Ensures OSHA and environmental compliance.
