Job summary

Big Brand Tire & Service in Denver is seeking an Automotive Store Manager to lead a high-volume, customer-focused store. You’ll recruit, coach, and develop a winning team while driving KPIs and profitability.

You’ll own the guest experience, lead pricing and playbooks, manage payroll and inventory, and ensure OSHA/EHS compliance. Weekend availability is required; a proven automotive service leadership track record is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years store or service management in automotive
• Proven sales leadership with targets and pipelines
• People leader who hires well and retains talent
• Operational focus on KPIs, scheduling, inventory, and cash controls
• Customer-first communicator with clear explanations and follow-through
• Open availability including weekends to lead peak guest hours

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a winning team: recruit, coach, schedule, and performance-manage
• Set game plan, drive KPIs, celebrate wins, course-correct fast
• Own the guest experience: model five-star service; assist with estimates and approvals
• Drive sales: execute playbooks, price with confidence, ensure clear recommendations
• Run the P&L: payroll discipline, inventory accuracy, shrink control, budget adherence
• Protect the house: OSHA/EHS compliance, cleanliness, equipment/vendor coordination
