Job summary

Leeds West Groups seeks a Service Manager to lead the service department, oversee scheduling, staffing, and customer relations, and drive profitability. You will monitor KPIs, optimize workflow, and collaborate with store leadership to meet safety and quality standards.

The role requires at least 3 years of management experience, a valid driver’s license, and a commitment to excellent customer service in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Qualifications

• Active driver’s license required; 18+ years old.
• Minimum 3 years related experience and 3+ years managerial experience preferred.
• Background check and Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check required.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily service department operations including scheduling and staffing.
• Ensure services meet safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
• Monitor KPIs and drive improvements in service performance.
• Develop strategies for customer retention and growth.
• Manage parts inventory, pricing, and supply chain relationships.
• Serve as primary contact for service inquiries, estimates, and concerns.
• Collaborate with Store Manager on budgets and business plans.
