Qualifications

• Experience in automotive service or sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in daily operations, scheduling, staffing, and workflow optimization.
• Provide legendary customer service and improve customer satisfaction through professional interactions and promotions.
• Explain service offerings and pricing to customers; identify upsell opportunities.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely appointments and quality service.
• Maintain accurate customer records and handle invoices and payments.
