Job summary

Leeds West Groups is seeking a Sales Associate in a fast-paced automotive retail and repair environment. You will support daily store operations, provide expert customer service, and help drive service bookings and sales.

The role emphasizes integrity, teamwork, strong communication, and the ability to advise customers on automotive repairs and maintenance. On-site work with potential extended hours and local travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and valid driver’s license.
• Active and unrestricted work authorization in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in daily operations, staffing, and scheduling.
• Provide legendary customer service and resolve concerns promptly.
• Listen to customer needs and recommend automotive services.
• Promote services, explain benefits and pricing to customers.
• Identify upsell opportunities to increase sales revenue.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely appointments.
