Job summary

Leeds West Groups is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and drive automotive repair sales. You will work with the Store Manager to oversee daily operations, coordinate with technicians, promote services, and manage appointments from intake to completion.

The role emphasizes integrity, communication, and teamwork in a fast-paced automotive retail environment, with opportunities for growth and success within the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18; valid driver’s license; high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of one year related experience preferred; prior industry knowledge is required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily business operations, including scheduling, staffing, customer satisfaction, and workflow optimization.
• Provide legendary customer service and ensure customer satisfaction through professional and effective customer interactions and communications, including promoting services and resolving concerns.
• Listen to needs and provide knowledgeable advice and recommendations for automotive repair services.
• Promote automotive repair and maintenance services to customers by explaining service offerings, benefits, and pricing.
• Identify upsell opportunities to meet customer needs and increase sales revenue.
• Coordinate with technicians and staff to ensure timely, efficient completion of appointments.
• Schedule service appointments based on availability, requirements, and profitability.
• Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and address scheduling changes.
• Maintain accurate customer records, service histories, and appointment schedules.
• Process service orders, invoices, and payments accurately.
