Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound leads via phone, text, email and social media.
• Conduct consultations and educate clients on PPF, Ceramic Coatings, Window Tint, Vinyl Wraps and detailing services.
• Follow up consistently with warm and cold leads to maximize conversions.
• Close high-ticket services while delivering premium customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, estimates and sales activity through the CRM.
• Protect and elevate the company's brand image at all times.
• Use strong negotiation skills to complete the sales process while ensuring customer satisfaction.
