Qualifications

• Age 17+ with parental consent or older.
• Ability to learn and use technical materials.
• Ability to operate a computer and office equipment.
• Ability to safely operate automatic and manual transmissions.
• Ability to communicate accurately with customers.
• Willingness to handle hazardous materials.
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather.
• Willingness to follow PPE requirements.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Potential to obtain a Missouri MV inspection license within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Drain, change oil, and service vehicles; rotate and balance tires; inspect and replace filters and lights.
• Unload tires and merchandise from trucks and deliveries.
• Store and dispose of tires properly and inspect disposed tires.
• Maintain store cleanliness and appearance; stock shelves.
• Provide fast, friendly customer service and promote services.
• Explain benefits of services and promotions; perform sales duties per policy.
• Adhere to pricing, promotions, and vendor check-in procedures.
• Keep the store area clean and organized; ensure proper safety practices.
• Safely operate customer vehicles in service areas; follow safety protocols.
• Complete required training like Today’s Class Technician.
• Inform supervisor about maintenance issues and needs.
