You’ll participate in our training program, achieve certification, and begin in an entry-level role designed to grow into broader automotive service responsibilities.

The position is part-time, includes benefits such as insurance options, paid uniforms, and opportunities for advancement through biweekly bonuses and internal rewards.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer-facing experience (retail, food service, hospitality, etc.).
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Previous experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions.

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on-time guest care during all hours.
• Provide excellent guest service with clear communication about guest vehicles.
• Ensure the service center is clean and presentable.
• Mentor junior and mid-level automotive technicians.
• Check and communicate oil level to teammates.
• Ensure proper tire pressure and inflation.
• Inspect and refill fluids as needed; complete vehicle inspections.
• Document all work on repair orders and report safety issues.
• Follow company policies for vehicle care and operation.
• Perform routine manual tasks including lifting and bending.
