107 Team Car Care East, LLC is looking for a General Service Technician to start in an entry-level position and service guest vehicles with a focus on quality and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude; independently motivated and a team player.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform bending/squatting.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Service guests' vehicles to deliver quality work and guest satisfaction.
• Promote teamwork to ensure on-time, accurate guest care during operating hours.
• Maintain a clean, presentable service center and follow safety procedures.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior technicians.
• Document all work on repair orders and report safety issues to management.
