Job summary

Team Car Care East, LLC in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking a General Service Technician to service our guests' vehicles with care and quality. You will start in an entry-level role and participate in a structured training program to certify you across the services we offer.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience (retail, food service, hospitality, etc.).
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Strong communication skills to interact with guests and teammates.
• Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Professionally service guests' vehicles to ensure quality work.
• Support training program and certification through services offered.
• Maintain clean and presentable service center and follow safety procedures.
• Provide clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles to team.
• Assist with routine duties and manual tasks including lifting.
