Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Professionally service guests' vehicles to ensure top quality work.
• Follow established training program to achieve certification.
• Promote teamwork to deliver timely guest care.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior technicians.
• Maintain clean and presentable service center.
• Document all work performed on repair orders.
• Report safety issues to management.
