107 Team Car Care East, LLC (US) is seeking a General Service Technician in Monroe, LA. You will begin in an entry-level role with our training program, gaining certification and hands-on experience servicing guests' vehicles to ensure quality work and a great guest experience.

Qualifications

• At least 3 months of customer-facing experience.
• Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Excellent communication and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to read safety rules and operating instructions.
• Willingness to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care during all operating hours
• Demonstrate excellent guest service with clear communication about guest vehicles
• Ensure the service center is clean and presentable
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior and mid-level automotive technicians
• Check oil level and communicate with teammates
• Ensure proper tire pressure and inflation
• Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary
• Complete vehicle inspections
• Install new oil drain plug and filter
• Clean and lubricate fittings as needed
• Document all work on the repair order
• Report safety issues to management
• Maintain adherence to policy and safe vehicle care
• Perform various manual tasks including lifting, standing, bending, squatting
