Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months of customer facing experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Effective communication skills to interact with guests and teammates.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform manual tasks including bending and squatting.
• Willingness to work in varying temperatures, loud environments, and around exhaust fumes.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some holidays.
• Commitment to adhering to all safety protocols and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Service guests' vehicles to ensure quality work and guest experience.
• Receive certification through training program and apply new skills.
• Promote teamwork to deliver on-time guest care during operations.
• Provide guidance to junior and mid-level technicians and communicate clearly.
• Inspect vehicles, check oil levels, tire pressure, and fluid levels; document work performed.
