Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience (i.e. retail, food service, hospitality, etc.).
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Previous experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Performances in a collaborative team environment with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional vehicle servicing to guests and ensure quality work.
• Serve as a mentor to junior and mid-level technicians.
• Promote teamwork to deliver on-time guest care.
• Maintain clean and presentable service center.
• Document all work performed on repair orders and communicate results.
