Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care during all operating hours
• Provide excellent guest service with clear communication about guest vehicles
• Ensure the service area remains clean and presentable
• Support and mentor junior technicians as needed
• Perform basic vehicle checks such as oil level, tire pressure, and fluid levels
• Document all work performed on repair orders and report safety issues
