Job summary

Team Car Care East, LLC is seeking a General Service Technician to competently service guests' vehicles and deliver an exceptional experience. You’ll start in an entry-level position, receive certification through our training program, and grow with opportunities for advancement within the service center.

Key duties include oil checks, tire pressure verification, fluid top-ups, and accurate repair-order documentation, all while maintaining safety and cleanliness in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer-facing experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Effective communication skills to interact with guests and teammates.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, perform bending and squatting.
• Willingness to work in varying temperatures, loud environments, and around exhaust fumes.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Service guests' vehicles to deliver high-quality work and a great guest experience.
• Check and communicate oil level to teammates.
• Check tire pressure and ensure proper inflation.
• Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary.
• Document all work performed on the repair order.
• Maintain a clean and presentable service center and equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies.
• Assist with under-hood tasks such as oil drain plug and oil filter installation.
