Team Car Care East, LLC (US) is hiring a General Service Technician to service guest vehicles and grow through its training program. Start in an entry-level role with a path to certification and career advancement within our auto service team.

You will contribute to a clean, safe, and efficient shop environment while learning oil changes, fluid checks, tire pressure, and basic inspections, with opportunities for advancement and incentives.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Previous experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Effective communication skills to interact with guests and teammates.
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude; independently motivated, dependable, and a team player.
• Demonstrates responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to follow procedures, identify problems, and make sound decisions.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform manual tasks.
• Willingness to work in varying temperatures, loud environments, and around exhaust fumes.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some holidays.
• Commitment to adhering to all safety protocols and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Servicing guests' vehicles to ensure top-notch quality work and guest experience.
• Participate in training program and receive certifications.
• Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care.
• Provide clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles.
• Keep service center clean and presentable.
• Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary.
• Check oil level and communicate with teammates.
• Install a new oil drain plug and a new oil filter.
• Document all work performed on the repair order.
• Report safety issues immediately to management.
• Maintain adherence to safety policies.
• Perform manual tasks including lifting and maneuvering tires and wheels.
