Team Car Care East, LLC seeks a General Service Technician to service guests' vehicles and deliver a high-quality customer experience. Training will certify you in all offered services, setting you up for a successful automotive career.

This entry-level role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and consistent performance in a fast-paced shop environment. We offer a full-time schedule, $17.00–$17.24 per hour, 401K with company match, bonus incentives, benefits, and uniforms paid for.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer-facing experience (retail, food service, hospitality, etc).
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally allowed to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Strong communication skills to interact with guests and teammates.
• Excellent work ethic, dependable, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Physically able to stand long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform bending/squatting.

Responsibilities

• Service guests' vehicles to ensure quality work and guest satisfaction.
• Follow training to certify in all offered services.
• Keep the service center clean and presentable.
• Provide guidance to junior/mid-level technicians.
• Document all work performed on repair orders and communicate findings.
