Job summary

Team Car Care East, LLC (US) is seeking a General Service Technician to service guests' vehicles with a focus on quality workmanship and friendly service. You’ll begin in an entry-level role with a structured training program that leads to certification across our services.

You will perform oil changes, fluid checks, tire pressure measurements, and routine inspections while maintaining a clean, safe shop and communicating clearly with guests and teammates.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience (i.e. retail, food service, hospitality, etc.)
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions
• Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Service guests' vehicles to ensure high quality workmanship
• Follow training program to achieve service certifications
• Maintain shop cleanliness and safety, document work performed
• Check oil level, tire pressure, fluid levels, and perform basic inspections
• Assist junior technicians and communicate clearly with teammates
