Job summary

Team Car Care East, LLC (US) in Riverhead, NY is seeking a General Service Technician to start an entry-level career. You’ll service guests’ vehicles, gain hands-on training, and certification through our program, paving the way for growth within the shop.

Work as part of a collaborative team with strong guest service, clear communication, and a safety‑first mindset. You’ll perform oil changes, fluid checks, tire pressures, inspections, and document all work, while maintaining a clean service

Qualifications

• At least 3 months of customer-facing experience.
• Must be at least 18 and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Clear communication with guests and teammates.
• Physically able to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform tasks requiring bending/squatting.

Responsibilities

• Service guests' vehicles to high quality standards.
• Perform oil changes and install new oil filters.
• Check tire pressure and inflate to spec.
• Inspect and top off fluids; report safety issues.
• Document all work on the repair order.
• Maintain a clean, organized service area.
• Support mentoring of junior technicians.
