Qualifications

• Experience in retail automotive service or customer-facing leadership.

• Valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Comfort with cash handling and POS/inventory systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent; ASE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Coach, train, and motivate technicians and service advisors.
• Schedule team coverage for peak hours and busy seasons.
• Onboard and train new staff on service procedures and POS systems.
• Greet customers, explain services, and drive repeat business.
• Monitor inventory, assist with orders, and ensure shop cleanliness.
• Support safety protocols and track daily sales and KPIs.
