Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a retail, automotive service, or customer-facing leadership role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily operations in the store in partnership with the Store Manager.
• Coach and motivate technicians and service advisors to deliver high-quality service.
• Assist with scheduling to cover peak hours and busy seasons.
• Greet customers, explain services, and drive upsell per manufacturer guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized shop and customer areas.
• Support safety protocols and shop compliance.
• Track daily sales, productivity, and key performance metrics.
