Job summary

FullSpeed Automotive is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations across service bay, front counter, and back office. You will lead a team, deliver fast, friendly service, and ensure safety and quality in a high-volume environment.

The role emphasizes coaching, scheduling, onboarding, and fostering a positive, customer-focused culture with measurable performance outcomes. On-site work with rotating shifts is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a retail, automotive service, or customer-facing leadership role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with service bays and front counter.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Coach, train, and motivate technicians and service advisors to deliver high-quality service.
• Schedule team members to ensure proper coverage during peak hours and busy seasons.
• Onboard and train new team members on service procedures, POS, and customer service standards.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and organized store and shop reflecting brand standards.
