Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leader able to inspire diverse groups of people.
• Solid understanding of the retail industry and business sense.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings.
• Coach and mentor crew with training and guidance.
• Assist GM with budgeting, forecasts and sales goals.
• Ensure service quality, safety and cleanliness per guidelines.
• Manage inventory and cash handling processes.
• Address guest questions and concerns in person or by phone.
