Team Car Care East, LLC (US) is seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our Jacksonville service center. You'll collaborate with the General Manager to drive revenue growth, lead a team, and deliver an exceptional guest experience daily.

The role emphasizes coaching, inventory and operations, budgeting, staff development, and maintaining safety and cleanliness. Excellent communication and retail leadership are essential; previous automotive experience is not required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate diverse teams.
• Strong business sense and retail industry understanding.
• Ability to analyze financial objectives to improve sales and service.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the GM to drive revenue growth and guest experience.
• Coach and develop teammates with our internal training program.
• Oversee budgeting, sales forecasts, and expense controls.
• Manage inventory, cash handling, and store operations.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings.
