Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience with phones or Telemarketing in automotive, business development or customer service is highly preferable.
• Demonstrate a professional, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude at first contact with customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to initiate dialogue with the BDC Manager.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming phone calls per script and schedule service appointments.
• Make outbound calls to schedule and confirm appointments.
• Log all customer comments and follow-ups.
• Contact customers using scripts to schedule service appointments.
• Confirm and reschedule appointments as needed.
• Respond to customer website requests and handle other duties as assigned.
