Job summary

Danbury Automotive Group in Danbury, CT is seeking a Service Scheduler to act as the communications hub for the Service Department. The right candidate will have exceptional communication and customer service skills, plus strong computer skills and a professional appearance.

The Service Scheduler will make appointments for service customers, assist service advisors with customer communication, and assist as needed in the department. This is a full-time, on-site role with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with DealerTrack and/or Xtime.
• Available to work Full-Time.
• Ability to communicate customers' interests, needs and requests to management and sales personnel.
• Professional personal appearance.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service appointments.
• Answer phones and assist customers as required.
• Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer to the appropriate person for resolution.
• Assist the managers with various clerical duties as needed.
• Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees.
• Familiarize yourself with department structures and internal procedures for assisting customers efficiently.
