Job summary

Danbury Automotive Group is seeking a Service Scheduler to serve as the Communications Hub for our Service Department. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and customer service skills, strong computer proficiency, and a professional appearance.

The Service Scheduler will schedule service appointments, assist service advisors with customer communication, and support the department as needed to ensure smooth operations and a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service appointments.
• Answer phones and assist customers as required.
• Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer to the appropriate person for resolution.
• Assist managers with clerical duties as needed.
• Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient with customers and employees.
• Familiarize yourself with department structures and internal procedures to assist customers efficiently.

The Service Scheduler will Make Appointments for Service Customers, Assist the Service Advisors with Customer Communication, and Assist as Needed in the department.

Responsibilities

• Scheduler Service Appointments
• Answer phones assist customers as required
• Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer complaining customers to the appropriate individual for resolution
• Assist the managers with various clerical duties as needed
• Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees
• Familiarize yourself with department structures & internal procedures for assisting customers efficiently

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office suite
• Experience with DealerTrack and/or Xtimea plus
• Available to work Full-Time
• Ability to communicate customers' interests needs and requests to management and sales personnel
