Danbury Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team in Danbury, CT. Immediate opening in a highly productive shop with an excellent working environment.

You will communicate with customers, determine automotive issues, verify warranty coverage, develop cost estimates and prepare repair orders while maintaining impeccable records and customer rapport.

Qualifications

• 2+ years service advisor experience
• Stellantis or domestic certification a plus
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Computer fluency—CDK and X-time experience a plus
• Well-rounded automotive knowledge—technician experience/training a plus
• Clean driver's license
• Quality focus, and creative problem-solving abilities
• Above-average estimate skill
• Ability to manage, expedite, and adapt workflow to meet changing needs

Responsibilities

• Develop cost estimates
• Accurately prepare and complete repair orders
