The Krause Auto Group, a family-owned multi-brand dealer, seeks a BMW Service Department BDC Associate to deliver outstanding customer service and coordinate service appointments for BMW owners. You will manage inquiries, schedule visits, and maintain accurate customer records.

Formación

• Prior customer service experience, preferably in an automotive or service-related industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong computer skills and CRM software proficiency.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate service information.
• Schedule service appointments for customers and coordinate with advisors and technicians.
• Maintain a database of customer information, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Follow up to confirm appointment details and gather feedback.
• Address customer concerns and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Deliver a personalized service experience through active listening.
• Support marketing efforts with outbound calls about promotions and recalls.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth handovers and vehicle drop-offs.
