Job summary

Pep Boys in Marietta, GA is seeking a Customer Service & Sales Associate to support service desk, sales floor, and register operations. You will engage customers, schedule appointments, explain processes, and promote parts and services to keep vehicles running at peak efficiency.

Responsibilities include handling transactions, maintaining shop organization, performing express automotive services, and supporting management with safety and policy adherence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• 1 year of related automotive service experience.
• 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• Able to perform basic math for commissions and discounts.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and serve as the first point of contact in-store and over the phone.
• Engage customers, schedule appointments, and upsell parts and services.
• Process work orders and register transactions; maintain shop organization.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies; assist management as needed.
• Perform express automotive services and vehicle inspections as required.
• Communicate with customers and team to resolve issues and opportunities.
