Job summary

Pep Boys is seeking an engaged associate to serve customers at the service desk, on the sales floor, and at the register in Suwanee, GA. You will help customers with parts and services, schedule appointments, and drive sales while upholding store standards.

The role requires strong communication, basic math for discounts and commissions, and availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior automotive service exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• One year of related experience in automotive service preferred.
• Strong verbal and customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for customers in-store and on the phone, schedule appointments, and upsell parts and services.
• Manage work orders and register transactions; assist with vehicle inspections and knowledge of parts and services.
• Assist management with store operations, safety, and daily opening/closing routines.
• Adhere to all cash handling, refunds, and return policies and resolve customer issues.
