Sun Auto Tire & Service in Peoria, AZ is seeking a Sales & Service Advisor who will greet customers, listen to concerns, and guide them through service decisions from check-in to checkout. This role blends customer service with sales, product knowledge, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

You don't need to be a technician; we provide training on our products, services, and store tools. Eligible candidates enjoy competitive pay plus bonus opportunities, paid training, and paths

Competenze

• Customer-focused, organized and able to conduct sales conversations with professionalism.
• Able to learn automotive products and services and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and active listening to explain options clearly.
• Experience with POS systems and scheduling tools is a plus.

Mansioni

• Greet customers in person and by phone, assess needs and build trust from first contact.
• Review vehicle history and inspection results to recommend services and products.
• Explain maintenance, repair, tire, warranty, and financing options clearly and professionally.
• Create estimates, work orders, and invoices in the POS system.
• Keep customers informed on status, timing, and cost throughout service.
• Coordinate with technicians and leadership to manage workflow and deadlines.
