Pep Boys is seeking a customer-focused Service Desk Associate to engage customers, schedule appointments, and upsell parts and services that keep vehicles running at peak efficiency. You will support operations across service, sales, and register transactions with attention to safety and accuracy.

The role emphasizes strong communication, reliable work attendance, and a commitment to exceptional customer care in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• One year of related experience in automotive service.
• One year of sales experience preferred.
• Basic math knowledge and ability to calculate commissions and discounts.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Be the first point of contact for customers by phone and in-store.
• Engage customers, schedule appointments, build trust, identify needs, and upsell parts/services.
• Coordinate service work orders and register transactions; know products and services.
• Assist management with customer care, transactions, and store operations.
• Perform express automotive services and vehicle inspections.
• Ensure safety procedures and clean, organized shop operations.
• Communicate effectively with staff and customers; follow policies.
