Job summary

Pep Boys is seeking a Customer Service Associate to contribute to growth across all lines of business by engaging customers, sharing product knowledge, and performing service desk and sales floor tasks.

You will greet customers, schedule appointments, sell parts and services, and maintain accurate cash register transactions while upholding safety and store policies. A flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license required.
• One year of related automotive service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers at service desk, sales floor, and register.
• Schedule appointments and sell parts and services to meet customer needs.
• Maintain organization and productivity of service operations.
• Follow cash, credit, return policies and handle transactions.
• Communicate with customers and team to ensure accurate service.
