Job summary

Pep Boys is seeking a customer-focused associate to engage customers at the service desk, sales floor, and register. You will leverage product and service knowledge to schedule appointments, upsell parts and services, and help customers keep their cars running at peak efficiency.

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and at least one year of automotive service and sales experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid Driver's License.
• One year of related automotive service experience.
• One year of sales experience preferred.
• Basic math for commissions and discounts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first contact for customers by phone and in-store and guide them through services.
• Schedule appointments, upsell parts and services, and follow company standards.
• Process work orders and register transactions accurately.
• Assist with safety procedures and vehicle inspections.
• Maintain organized shop and adhere to policies.
