Job summary

Sun Auto Tire & Service is seeking a proactive Sales and Service Advisor to greet customers, assess service needs, and upsell appropriate services and parts. You will provide accurate quotes, keep customers informed, and ensure satisfaction across the service lifecycle.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma, and the ability to work Monday through Saturday. Prior advisor experience is helpful, with opportunities for advancement within a growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience as a service advisor is helpful but not required.
• Professional appearance and ability to work in a process-driven environment.
• Ability to work Monday–Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person and by phone using standard customer service methods.
• Listen to customer concerns and document them; inspect vehicle and reference service history.
• Recommend services and communicate additional recommendations from the technician.
• Provide accurate quotes with cost and completion time; update customers on progress.
• Cash out tickets following multi-point inspections and explain warranties.
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Track new, core, and warranty parts for each customer.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
