Qualifications

• Must provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional brand image.
• Ability to explain service recommendations, estimates, timelines, warranties, and declined work clearly.
• Comfort learning and using POS, DVI tools, customer records, scheduling tools, and other store tech.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person and by phone, listen to their needs, and build trust from the first hello.
• Review vehicle history, DVI results, and technician findings to recommend services.
• Explain maintenance, repairs, tire, warranty, and financing options to help customers decide.
• Build estimates, work orders, and invoices in the POS system; update customers on status and cost.
