Christian Brothers Automotive - Gretna is seeking an Automotive Service Manager to lead our Omaha-area shop and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the repair process. You will guide the team, manage estimates and work orders, and maintain high service standards at the Oakmont location.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in automotive guest service and sales, with supervisory experience and strong software skills, including TekMetric and Windows-based tools.

Qualifications

• 5 years of work experience in automotive guest service and service sales
• Supervisory or management experience in the automotive industry
• Proficiency in Windows-based computer software and automotive store applications
• Experience with TekMetric is preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shop operations and guest experience
• Develop estimates and work orders with Service Writers
• Ensure quality of work and guest satisfaction
• Manage staff and enforce company policies
• Achieve target margins and participate in audits
• Open and close stores daily
